아마존에서 어느 주문을 취소할때 아래의 문구가 뜰 때가 있습니다.

Your item has not been cancelled 는 주문이 취소되지 않았다.

Because this item was part of a multi-item promotion, it cannot be cancelled at this time. Please contact Customer Service for assistance. 는 이 물건은 할인이 적용되서 취소가 불가능하다. 고객센터에 문의하라는 뜻입니다.

 

말그대로 주문내역에 쿠폰이 적용되었거나 어느 할인이 ($-금액) 적용되었을때인데요. 그 이유는 우리는 개별쿠폰을 적용해도 아마존측 시스템에는 전체 주문에 쿠폰금액이 나뉘어져서 적용된다고 직원분이 말씀하시더라고요.

아니면 확실치는 않지만 아마 해당 물건을 취소하면 무료배송 Add-on $25 이하로 깎이게 되는것도 포함되는건가 싶습니다.

이 문구가 뜨면 그 상품은 절대 회원이 취소할 수 없습니다.
